VAR R EA3, Opa Corposation has raquemed approval of a PUD PnUnimy Plan
Amendment and Conditional Use Permit for a reduction in regcdreA parking apnoea and
an accessory rail use for property located north of Nad= Lime and an of Taw=
Lane.
The property is more specifically described as:
Lot I. Block 3, Bass Creek Budaas Park, Hennepin Couaty, Mionesola.
WHERBA39 the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duty called Public
Hearing and has fecommeoded approval:
NOW, TOM BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Preliminary Plan Ameodment and Conditional Use Permit for Opus Corporation for
property located north of Natban Igoe and east of Ttieoton Lane, subject to the
following conditions:
1. 71da PUD Preliminary Plan Amendmw permits the aasnuction of 83 paridog
spaces with a proof -of -parking plan for 190 parting spades.
2. A Conditional Use Permit is iswed for an accessory retail use. The retail use
shall occupy no more than 1,600 a*nn feet and the bourn of operation shall be
9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday tbrougb Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on
Saturdays.
3. CompWnce with the terms and coaditinoa of Administrative Approval letter for
the Acrylic Designs project dated August 3, 1994 except as amended by this
resolutloa.
