Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW9 IIHMEAOM BB PP HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE C171Y COUNCIL OF
THE C1TY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it J=W and bereby does approve
the request by BvegpW Community Church for a Conditional Use Permit for use of
Waynwta Senior High located at 305 Vicksburg Lane North abject to the Mowing
conditions:
1. The permit is abject to all applicable coda, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof atoll be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Evergreen Community Church and ;hall not be
truuferable.
3. Thu site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated areas.
5. No signage is allowed relative to the use except that a temporary din not to
exceed 20 square feet in area will be permitted between one bout prkc to and
one hour after the use of the site.
6. All parking &ball be off-street in designated areas which comply with th 3 Zoning
Ordinance.
7. The Conditional Use Permit shall be reviewed annually to ensure compliance
with the conditions of approval.
