EASENWM PARCEL 17-118-22-43.0002 ViWEMREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain street, utility, and trail aaements in Parcel 17-118-22-43-0002; and WE03REAS; said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area proposal to be vacated; and VIEMBAS; a public baring with respect to said vacation was scheduled for August 15, 19949 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and WHBRBAS, a notice of publication of said baring was published and posted two weela prior to the meeting of August 159 1994; and WHEREAS, all Party owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and WEMRBAS, the City Council did bold a public bearing on August 15, 1994 to inform any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of certain street, utility, and trail eaements in Parcel 17-118-22-43-0002; and V BRBAS, it was determined by the City Council that saW easements were not needed for public purposes; NOW, 7HERBFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following street, utility, and trail easements be vacated: ���I TJ1�• . • �: r1111 111 That part of the west half of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 17, Tbwaship 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying north of the south 415.6 feat thereof and lying south of the north 208.7 feet thereof.
