PARCEL 17-118-22-43.0002
ViWEMREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain street, utility, and trail aaements in
Parcel 17-118-22-43-0002; and
WE03REAS; said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposal to be vacated; and
VIEMBAS; a public baring with respect to said vacation was scheduled for August 15, 19949
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHBRBAS, a notice of publication of said baring was published and posted two weela prior
to the meeting of August 159 1994; and
WHEREAS, all Party owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WEMRBAS, the City Council did bold a public bearing on August 15, 1994 to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of certain street, utility, and trail eaements in
Parcel 17-118-22-43-0002; and
V BRBAS, it was determined by the City Council that saW easements were not needed for
public purposes;
NOW, 7HERBFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following street, utility, and trail easements
be vacated:

That part of the west half of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of
Section 17, Tbwaship 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying north
of the south 415.6 feat thereof and lying south of the north 208.7 feet thereof.
Also that part of the north 208.7 feet of the wean half of the southwest quarter of
the southeast quarter of said Section 17, lying west of the east 208.7 feet
thereof, except roads.

A permanent easement 140 fed in width for street and utility purposes over, under,
across, and through that part of the above described property lying within 60 fed to the
left and within 80 fed to the right of the : Commencing at the
southwest corner of said southeast quarter; thence north along the west line of said

southeast quarter a distance of 272.71 feet to the paint of beginning of the line
to be described; thence owthasterlyde lection angle right 44 degrees 07

along a tangential curve concave to the soutbeest having a radius of 1145.92 fat
and a central angle of 22 degrees 48 minutest 27 seconds; iheaoe northeasterly
tanigeat to said curve 243.45 feet; thence northeasterly 371.63 feet along a
tangential curie concave to the northwest bavb g a radius of 1145.92 feet and a

A perpetual casement for public roadway purposes 80 feet in width over, under,
across, and through the above described property the cemtmiine of which is
described n follow : Commencing at the center of Section 17; them south
along the west line of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter tbeteof a
distance of 949.47 feet to a point of curve; thence southeasterly along a
tangential curve concave to the northeast having a radius of 525.00 feet a antral
angle of 52 degrees 07 minutes 29
seconds an arc length of 477.62 feet, and a cord which bears south 26 degrees
04 minutes 19 seconds east to the point of tangency; thence south 52 degrees 08
minutes 03 seconds east a distance of 322.24 feet to a point of curve; thence
southeasterly along a tangential curve concave to the southwest having a radius
of 890.00 feet a central angle of 20 degrees 38 minutes 46 seconds an arc length
of 320.70 feet and a cord which bean south 41 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds
cast to the point of tangency on the west property line and there terminating.
A perpetual easement for public roadway purposes over, under, across and
through the pan of the above described property lying northwesterly of a line
described as follows: Commencing at a point on the west property lira distant
24 feet south from the northwest corner thereof, thence northeasterly to a point
on the north property line distant 6.0 feet east of said northwest corner and tht-i
terminating.
