AUT11ORIZING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A
DRAINAGE AND UTIIdTY EASBIVIBNT IN
LOTS 1 AND 29 BLOCK 1 AND
OUTLOT A. BASS (REEK BUSINIM PARK 2ND ADDITION AND
OUTLOT B, BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of a drainage and utility easement in
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, and Outlot A, Bass Crack Business Park 2nd Addition and Outlot B,
Bass Creek Buiness Park Addition; and
WHEREAS; said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the
area proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS; a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for August 15,
1994 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of August 15, 1994; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing on August 15, 1994 to inform any
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of a portion of a drainage and utility
easement in Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 and Oudot A, Baas Creek business Park 2nd Addition and
Outlot B, Bass Creek Business Park Addiiton; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following portion of a drainage and utility
casement in Lots I and 2, Block 1 and Outlot A, Bass Creek Business Park 2nd Addition and
Outlot B, Bass Cork Business Park Addition he vacated:
The 10.00 fo,)t drainage and utility casements along the east line of Lot 1,
except the nor.h 10 feet and the south 10 feet, along the west line of lot 2,
except the north 10 feet and the sout) 10 feet and along the south line of lot 7,
except the west 10 feet all in Block 1 and the along the north line of Oudot A,
except the nest 10 feet as de,ii ate: on the plat of Bass Creek Business Park
2nd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.

Hennepin County, Minnesota.
A permanent easenent for drainage and utility Purposes over, under, across,
and through that part of the above described parcel lying within the following
described line: Commencing at the northern most point of the easterly line of
Lot 1, Block 3, Bass Creek Business Park Addition, thence easterly and
counterclockwise direction along the line of the Trenton Lane North cul-de-sac
a distance of 143.79 feet, to the point of beginning of said line; thence
southeasterly along a bearing of south 81 degrees, 19 minutes,.16 seconds east
a distance of 168.66 feet; thence easterly deflecting to the left 8 degrees, 29
minutes, 22 sr vends, a distanoe of 444.13 feet; thence southerly, deilec ting to
the right 90 degrees, 00 minutes, 00 seconds, a distance of 20.00 feet; thence
wemdy, deflecting to the right 90 degrees, 00 minutes, 00 seconds, a distance
of 646.60 feet, to the line of the Trenton Lane North cul-de-sac; thence
northeasterly in a counterclockwise direction along the line of the Trenton
Lane North cul-de-sac, a distance of 58.83 feet, returning to the point of
beginning of said line, which is the point of termination.
