REDUCING DBVZWPNM IT BOND
PINTAIL VIId.AS ADDITION (93055)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 15, 1994, The Rottluod Company,
Inc., developer of pintail Villas Addition (93055), has agreed to install certain improvemeota for Said
devebpm I-, and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHMtBAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
wort;
NOW, THERBFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, b@INBSOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
