RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
1994 STREET RECONSTRUCTION - PART H
CITY PROJECT NO. 401
WHBRSA3, pursuant to an advertisaacnt for bids for the improvement of streets in the 1994
Street Reconstruction Program - Part 11 bids were received, opened and tabulated according to
4w, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS; it appears that Master Asphalt of Maple Grove. MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THERBFORB, BB TT TT11MY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,:
1. The Mayor and City Gert are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the atuched
contract with Magner Asphalt of Maple Grove, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth
for the 1994 Street Reconstruction Program - Part 11 according to the plans and
specifications therefore approv-3d by the City Council and on file in the office of the City
Clerk in the amount of $223,528.90.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidden and the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the succuhl bidder and the am
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
