RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
HIGHWAY SS NORTH FRONTAGE ROAD AND
SOUTH SHORE DRIVE
CITY PROJEiT NO. 4W
WHEREAS, pavana to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of the Hiway SS
North Frontage Road and South Sbom Drive bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
Hardrives, Inc. $2879194.80
C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc. 290,946.05
WHEREAS; it appears that Hardrives, Inc. of Plymouth, MN is the bread responsible bidder,
complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THBR 11ORB, BE IT HEIMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Hardrives, Inc. of Plymouth, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for
the Highway SS North Frontage Road and South Shote Drive Project according to the
plans and specificafloos therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of
the City Clerk in the amount of 5287,194.80.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidden and the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has beca signed.
3. Funding for the project is from special assessments to the Holiday Station property and
from T.I.F. as follows:
