APPROVAL OF BM FOR (1) ALUMIIVUM rm VAN
WHEREAS. the City Council bas authorized the receipt of bids for the purchm of (1)
Alumimm Step Van for the City of Plymouth; nod
WiiBRBAS. in accordance with the State Swo, bid specifications were prepared and
diatribumd, and bid proposals received and opened on August 4. 1994; and
WHEREAS, the following bid was received:
Idea Chevrolet
6701 Brooklyn Boulevard
Brooklyn Ceamer, MN. 53429 $36,082.
WHEREAS, the bid of Iten Chevrolet is in conformance with the City's specifications,
NOW. THEREPORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MWNBSOTA, that the bid of Iden Chevrolet is declared the lowest
responsible bidder and that the City accepts the bid in the amount of $36.082 and Acether that
the purchase is authorized in the samm of $38.427 including sales tax.
Further that funding Is as follows: 301-501-921 $16,000
