wi NdW, on July 209 1994 the City advertised for bids for one 4 -wheel drive loader
and snowblower; and
WHEREAS, on August 4, 19940 bids were f6oeived; and
WHEREAS, aft analy*g the bids is it reoommeeded that all bks be injected, the
apedtkauiooa be revised and the equipment be rebid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HBRWY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the bks received on the wbeel
loadedn owblower on August 4, 1994, are rejected and the staff is directed to revise
the specifications and readvertise for bids.
