1991 WETLAND ACT
OLYMPIC STEEL
WHEREAS, the owe of Olympic Sted pvpose to develop agjaceot to watlands for m
indwaial building; and
WHEREAS. filling will tali place within a wedamd; and
WHEREAS, the filling of the wethmd is exempt from the 1991 Wetland Act under Exemption
10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certification of Exemption Form for Olympic Steel.
