WHEREAS, a Site Plan fbr J -Mari. was approved under City Conncdl Resolution
92-379; and,
WHEREAS, the developer mbmitied the regidred Site Performance Ouatanta in the
form of a Bond in the amount of $125,850.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon twtioe firom the developer, City staff has impacted aid die and
recommends release of the fammi l guarantee;
NOW, 7211REPORld, B81T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE C1TY COMM OF
THE C17Y OF PLYMOUTH, bMNBSOTA, that it should and bereby dna authorise
the release of the Bond in the amount of $125,850.00, which was submitted to
guarantee site iosp+rnvukmb for Kraus -Anderson for J -Marr.
