AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THIS
POLICE ORDERED TOWING AND V*MUNDMMNT OF VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the City desires to eater into a contract with a qualified contractor for the
poison ordered towing and impoundment of vehicbs, and
WHERLA89 the City has solicited proposals from interested towing contractors; and
WMMZAS, the City received p gwuh from Plymouth Village, Auto, Inc., Fnankie's
Minneapolis Towing Co. and Kellys Wrw1w Service Inc. for the Bervlom Be forth in
the Proposal Documernb fhmished to the interested towing contractors and reviewed in
the Risk Management Coordinator's memo dated July 26, 1994;
NOW, 11HERMR9, U IT HEREIN RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, N DMWTA, that the City Council award the
Police Ordered Towing and Impoumdment Contract to Plymouth Village Auto, Inc. for
the period commending August 1, 1994 and ending August 1, 1997.

RZSOLUTION APPROVING CONSULTANT AND PAYNOINT OF FUS
WHEMAS, the City of Plymouth in coopemtin with the Wayzata School District 284 wishes
to develop a joint paridwbool ccmplmc in northwest Plymouth, and
WE MRRAS, it is necessary fa an overall master plan to be developed for the joint parhhcbool
complex, and
WHE AS, City and School District staff have interviewed and selected the firm of Barton-
Aschman Associates to provide consultant services on this proje.t, and
NOW, T HIMMORB, BB IT HBRBBY RESOLVEDay Tim CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNBSOTA, that the appointment of Barton Aschman Associates
is approved, and further, that the Finance Director is authorized to pay up to half the nut of
the services rendered for the overall master site planning for the park/school joint complex,
with cost charged to park dedication fund account 218-218.
