DANIEL DBVELOPU TT CO&IPANY FOR THE PONDS AT BASS CREW FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 10 AT TRENTON LANE

WHEREAS, Daniel Development Company has requested a MPUD Find Plat for The
Ponds at Bass Creek located south of Canty Road 10 at'Ifww Lan; and.
VAREREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvemenus related to said plat;
NOW, Z11BREFORB, BE IT 105MY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NaNNESOTA, that it should and hereby does apgove
the MPUD Find Phu and Development Contract for Daniel Development Company for
The Ponds at Bass Creat located south of County Road 10 at Trenton Lane, and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.

Public Haring and recommends approval;

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTB, A MMOTA, that it should and hereby doe approve
the request by John Doom Enterprises for a Conditional Use Permit for a used car
dealership for property located at 2085 But Center Circle, subject to the following
conditions:
