APPROVAL OF BID FOR (1) NEW FLUSHER TRUCK
VAME EAS, the City C mcil has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of (1) New
Flusher Truck for the City of Plymouth and
VAMMU AS. in accordance with the State Statute bid spwiticatioos, were prepared and and
distributeds and bid proposals received and opened on June 29, 1994 and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
1. RuBtidge Johnson Equipment Co., Inc.

Minneapolis, Mn. 35414 $94,085.20
2. Sweeney Equipment Co.
12540 Dupont Ave. S.
Burnsville, Mn. 55337 No Bid
WHEREAS. the bid of Rutffldge Johnson Equipment Co. Inc. is in conformance with the
City's specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA. that the bid of Ruthidge Johnson Equipment Co.,
Inc. is doclared the lowest responsible bidder and that the City accepts the bid in the amount of
$94,OB5.20 including tax, and Portlier that the purchase is authorized ttom the Central
Equipment Pond account 602-602.921.00.
