OUTLOT C, ROOK WOODS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.831, Marvin H. Anderson Couettucdon has
petitioned the City Council for do vacation of the fobmft draieage and oft
easemeats and drainage eaaemmu for ponding purposes:
The drainage and utility easements and drainage asanmts for pooding
purposes within Outlot C. Pernbroot Woods 2nd Addition according to
the plat thereof on file or of reoad in the office of the Registrar of
mss, Hennepin Countyq Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS; the city Council bat reviewed said request and fomod the same to be
in order;
NOW, 1HBRBPORB, BE IT EMMY RESOLVED BY THB CM COUNCIL. OF
THE QTY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does,
establish the date of September 12, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
Plymouth City Coater, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
bearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
baring as provided by law.
