APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO'S 29 3. AND 4

CITY PROJECT NO. 30
WH REAS, Change Order No's 2, 39 and 4 have been prepared to compere the
contractor for extra Mork to consum a unitary sewer crossing at Station 34 + 46 to
larva the dumb property art of Dunkirk Loa, and to construct am unitary sewer
lateral on Dunkirk Lae north of Plymouth Creek, and to extend the completion date
by 30 days;
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2, 3, and 4 for the Dunkirk Lane Impmvemnu,
City Project No. 308 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT IWMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No's 2, 3, and 4
for Dunkirk Lane Improvements, City Project No. 308, by adding $12,048.25 is
approved:
Original Contract Amount $918,739.50
Previous Change Orders - ADD 10,907.50
THBSB CHANGE ORDERS NO'S 20 3, and 4 - ADD 12.048.25
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT 594103.25
Adopted by the City Council on August 1, 1994.
