Coosoking En , Strzar-RO ooe-Ftutach, Inc., has prepared Phoma and specifications
for the improvement of New County Road 9 ftiom State Highway 53 to Viebburp Lane
by the installation of a 32 foot wide 9 ton roadway with concrete curb and gutter,
ooncretm median with tum lames, storm sewer, unitary aewer, trunk watermain, and an
8 foot wide bituminous trail and has promoted amb plan and specifications to the
Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plat and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plain and
specifications. The advertLement shall be published twice, shall specify
the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City
Clerk until 10:00 a.m, on August 31, 1994 u which time they will be
publicly opened in the Council Chambers of this Plymouth City Center
building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City
Manta and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the City Clark and accompanied by a crib deposit, cashier's check, bid
bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five pet+oent of the
amount of such bid.
