HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1994-449CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION % - 449 REIIIBURSING DEVEIAPER FOR REQUIRED WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION PARHERS LAKE CORPORATE CIITPIER 67H ADDITION 044 WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Caliber Development Corporation have entered into a Site Impmvera t Performance AVmement (SEPA) dated April 49 1994 for the development of Pokers Labe Poises went in Parkers Laine Corporate Center 6tb Addition; and WHEREAS, as part of this development, the developer was required to construct a 16 inch raw waterline in the Parken Labe Corporate Coater 6th Addition in order to conform with the City of Plymouths overall water Distribution Plan; and WHEREAS, the developer installed the required 16 inch raw waterline along the northerly Pity line of Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Lake Corporate rjww 6th Addition; and WHEREAS; it is the policy of the City of Plymouth to reimburse developers for required waWmain construction as provided for in the development contract and/or SIPA; and WHEREAS, this amounts to $19,700, based on the actual construction costs. NOW, THMMRE, BE IT HERMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY LOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the developer, Caliber Development Corporation is to be reimbursed in the amount of $19,700 for the required 16 inch raw waterline construction based on the alignment and the note on the approved construction plans that the cost of the raw wam main is to be paid for by the City of Plymouth. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Ponds be allocated from the Trunk Water Fund. Adopted by the City Council on August 10 1994. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENT MqN) SS.
