RESOLUTION NO. 94- 447
REDUCING DSVELOPhUM BOND
HARBOR WOODS ADDITION (90093)
WHEREAS, in accordance with tate development contract dated September 25, 19931 Carbon Real Estate
Company, developer of Harbor woods Addition (90093), has agreed to install certain improvements for
said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the sweet, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
work;
NOW, THERBFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements aro reduced as follows:
