WM9MA.S, in accordance with the development contract dated July 23, 1993, New Century Homes, Inc.
developer of Kimberly Woods Addition (93018), has Wood to install ceAain improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE, 1T HBRBBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE MY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements aro reduced as follows:

accepted for continual maintenance as of August 1 o 1994 subject to the Two Yeas Guarantee by the
Developer.
FURTEMR BE, IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per Section 8.10f
the approved development contract be reduced as follows:

Control Plan Street Sweeping and Storm

for required financial guarantees)
