RESOLUTION NO. 94- 443
REDUCING DEVEMP1141 M BOND
SUGAR IM -1 2ND ADDITION (93084)
WH RtBAS, in accordance with tate development contract dated September 79 1993, Bugene L Forbmgd
and Darlene R Forbragd, developer of Sugar Hills 2ad Addition (93064), has agreed to install certain
imp mverneon for said development; and
WiiDBRBAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CM COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, NVWBSOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
