HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1994-443• RESOLUTION NO. 94- 443 REDUCING DEVEMP1141 M BOND SUGAR IM -1 2ND ADDITION (93084) WH RtBAS, in accordance with tate development contract dated September 79 1993, Bugene L Forbmgd and Darlene R Forbragd, developer of Sugar Hills 2ad Addition (93064), has agreed to install certain imp mverneon for said development; and WiiDBRBAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CM COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NVWBSOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: EM ORIGINAL �VbT NEW �L4VKT Street Construction (Excluding City Proj. $306,000 $60,000 No's 308 dt 310) Sanitary Sewer 123,000 -0- Watermain 116,000 -0- Storm Sewer 138,000 -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 11,000 79000 Mitigation Pond Construction -0- -0- Sediment Pond Construction 33,300 31330 Street Signs (5 x 200) 11000 -0- Site Onding and Drainage Improvements 141,500 -0- Park and T call Improvements 4 4 Setting Iron Monuments 31000 19500 Design, Administration, Ingw-don, As-Builts TOTAL $980,000 $80,472 That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from 5420,8% to 580,472 to reflect the completed work. Letter of Credit No. 10911 may be reduced accordingly.
