REDUCING DEVEMPNOM BOND
PLYMOUTH OAKS ADDITION 63078)
WHEREAS, in aosotdam with the development contrw dated October 25, 1993, Dahlstrom Comp odes,
Inc.9 D.W. Pbteraon Homes, Inc. and Tony Eiden Company, developer of Plymouth Oab Addition
(93078), has agreed to install certain Improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted bebw;
and
WIERBAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HBRBBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requimmts am reduced as follows:
