REDUCING DBVSIAPMTNT BOND
AUTUMN HILI S ADDITION (92060)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development mama dated August 30, 1993, Lundgren Bra.
Comttuction, Inc., developer of Autumn Hills Addition (92060), has speed to install certain
im ptovemeota for said development; and
W FLEAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the comptted
work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, IOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
