AUTHOREMG RMEASB OF SITE PEIRFORMANCE OUARAMEB FOR
MEMCINE LAKE PROP1IR= LTD PARTNERSHIP FOR PROPERTY
LOCA'IW AT 9909 SOUTH SHORE DRIVEL (91014)
WHEREAS, a She Pim for Medicine Labe Properties Ltd Partner ft was approved
under as Admidehative Approval Letter Dated May 219 1991; and,
WHIRtBAS, the developer submitted the required Site Pe mance Ouanntee in the
form of a Savings Certificate in the amount of $2,900.00; and.
WHEREAS, the City Council, under resolution 93-702, authorised the reduction of the
Savings Certificate to $723.00; and,
W ERBAS, upoa notice ftom the developer, City off has inspected said site and
rxommends mlease of the financial guuantee;
NOW, THEREPORB, BB IT HBRBBY RBSOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE C11Y OF PLYMOUTH, MINNB40TA, that it should and hereby does authorise
the release of the Savings Cutifiicafe in the amount of 5723.00, which was eubritted
to guamntee elft improvemenb for Medicine Lairo Propu ft Ltd Partnership.
