WHEREAS, a Site Phan for Caliber Dave4meat Corp. Nora approved by as
Active Appaovd Lager Dated Jana 16, 1993; and,
WHIR AS, tea developer nbmiteed the requited Site Performance Otmantee in tea
form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $94,000.00; and,
WIi3BtBAS, tits Cky Canndl, under veld ution 93-700, authorized the reduction of the
Lefler of Credit /83335, to $46.300.00; orad,
WiIEMMs the Cky Coundl, under mob" 93-794, authorized the veduction of the
Letter of Credit #83335, to 539500.00; and,
WritBAS, upon notion from the davebper, City staff hors inspected aaid rite and
recommends release of the fhnncid guantee;
NOW, ZNEREFORB, BE IT H�Y RBSOLVBD BY 7HE Cr1Y COUNC L OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOU M, MMMESOTA, that it dwuld and bereby door authorize
the release of the Leser of Credit #833331 in the amount of $3,500.00, which was
submitted to guarantee site hapromneota for Caliber Developatertt Corp.
