raoludon 93-365, on July 12, 1993; snd,
WiIMiEAS, die developer submitted the required Site Performance (iiaraotee in the
form of a Latter of Credit in dm amount of $16,846.00, and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff his impacted said site and
recommemb release of the financial parantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HBREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
71M CITY OF PLYMOUTH, BEWEISOTA, that it should and hereby don authorize
the release of the Letter of Craft in the amount of $16,846.00, wbicb was submitted to
suuantee site improvements for Hedberg AgpWft, Inc.
