WH REAS, a Site Pkn for Wendy's International was approved under Cky Council
Resohdon 93-176; mod,
WKEM46S, the developer submitted the regained Site Pmformance Ouanntee in the
form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $127,985.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, ander resolution 93-397, authorized the reduction of the
Letter of Credit to $60,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City strati has inspected mid site and
n oomnm& mkase of the financW grantee;
NOW, 11l3RiWORB, BB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUIH, MIMQESOTA, that k should and hereby does authodne
the release of the Letter of Credit in the amount of $60,000.00, which was submitted to
guarantee site impwvemwAs for Wendy's Intemadooal.
