CARLSONcobeANIBS, INC. FOR THE OP13FAlIONS TRARM40 CENTER
PARKING LOT LA)CATED AT IMS HIGHWAY 35. MM)
W MEAS, a She Plan for Carlson Companies, Inc. for the Operation Trahft Ceaeer
Padwq Lot was approved under Administrative Approval Lateen Dated August 21,
IM; and,
WIERBA.S, the developer wbmitoed the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
farm of a Letter of Credit / 5401688 in the amount o($315,534.00; and,
Wi1EREAS, the City Council, under mob" 93-649, authorised the reduction of the
Lateen of Credit OW1688, to 539786.00; and,
Wi18RBAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr HER13BY RESOLVED BY THE CrrY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOU'I8,M@INESOTA, that h should and hereby does autbodw
the release of the Lateen of Credit 154016881 in the amount of $5,786.00, which was
submitted to gwrarntee site improvemants for Carlson Companies In.
