AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF STTB PERFORMANCE OUARAN7= FOR
KRAUS-ANDERSON FOR BBIWERS SERVICE PLAZA LOCATED
NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF VINEWOOD LANE AND
ROCKFORD ROAD. (91074)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Bette SWAN Plaza was approved under City Council
Resolution 91-691; and.
VAMBEAS, the developer submitted the required Site Pwfo nmw Guam tee in the
form of a Bond in the amount of $109,350.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under resolution 94-212, authorized the reduction of the
Bc+ad to $10725.00; and,
WEW AS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has impected aid dte and
rocanmends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HOMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the Bond in the amount of $1;725.00, which was submitted to guarantee
site improvemma for Kraus -Anderson Constnrction for Betters Service Plaza.
