AUTHORUING RELEASE OF STIR PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
HANCE DISTRIBUTION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12725 16TH AVENUE

WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Hance Distribution was appmvd is City Council
Resohdon 92-95; sad,
WiMRBAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Letter of Credit 0262% in the amount of $24,085.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under resolution 93-596, authorized the reduction of the
Letter of Credit 026296 to 5400.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has iaapected said site and
rwommeods release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, T IMUIPORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TAE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, tbat it should and bereby does authorize
the release of the Cash in the amount of $400.00, wbieb was submitted to guarantee
site Improvements for Hance Distribution.
