AUTHOREEDIG RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR 918
PLYMOUTH PARTNERS 11 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT ROCKFORD ROAD
AND HIGHWAY 169. (90011)
WHEREAS, a Site Plea for 918 Plymouth Partners 13 wu approved under City Council
Resolution 90-265; wd,
WIEREAS, the developer submitted the roquiied Site Performamoe Ouarurtee in the
form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $102,700.00; and,
WHBREAS9 the City Council under resolution 93-342, authorized the reduction of the
Latter of Credit to $46,200.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under resolution 93-421, authorized the reduction of the
Letter of Credit 0833330 to $2,237.50; ud,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City salt has Inspected said site and
recommaods rehearo of the flnanew guarantee;
NOW, TIMUMPORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MDMBSOTA, that it should sad hereby does authorize
the release of the Letter of Credit #74793, in the amount'of $2,237.50, which wu
submitted to guanatee site improvements for 918 Plymouth Pumas 11.
