SETTING CONDITIONS TO BB Wr PRIOR TO FIIIdO OF THE ABLATED
FINAL PLAT FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
NORTH AND SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 WINI OF ZACHARY LANE

WHEREAS, the City Couodi has approved the Final Plat for the City of Plymouth for
property located north and south of County Road 9 west of Zachary Laos;
NOW, 'iHEREPORB, BE ft HEREBY RESOLVED BY THB CrTY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No bulldiog namiu shall be issued until a amtract has been awarded for the
construction of municipal sewer and water.
3. Removal of an haurdous trees from the property at the owner's expense.
4. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevadora for
new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or ooroaining any open storm water
drainage hcility.
S. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
6. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
