NOW, TF(BREF0A8, BB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MY COUNCIL OF

request of Brett and Cindy Hamm for an Amended Planned limit Development Phan
and Conditional Use Permit for a four -season porch and twimmbq pool bared at
1100 50th Place North, based on the following fimdinp:
