Beason for property bcated at 31S Monk Lase Nath;
NOW, TEMMR& BE 1T imtmY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH$ IOTA, that it sbould and bereby does direct the
folbaing to be met, price to recording of, and related to said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Bogineer's Memomndum.
2. No yard setback variances are gransed or implied.
3. Submittal of required dit and drainage aaaemeots as appovW by the City
Engineer prior to Ming the Final Plat.
4. A Variance is granted for a 100 -foot lot depth based on the finding that the
request mats the Varaince standards.
