WHEREAS, itogw Down has s *nNed approval for a Lot Division for the cse�tion
of two parc*, located at 313 Zinnia Lae North;
NOW, 'IHEREFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY 71M CITY COUNCIL OF
THE C rff OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot Division for Roger Benson for prope-ty located at 315 Zunis Luce North.
Lot 4, Block 1, Loffl4.gens Addi&m, Hauxpin County, Minnesota.
To be divideo and consolidated as follows:
That part of Lot 4, Block 1, Loffbagens Addition which Iks north of a Wre
drawn from a point on the west line of said Lot distant 99.41 fast south, as
measured along said west line from the northwest corner of said lot, to a point
on the am line of said lot distant 99.13 feet moth, as measured a%nj said east
line, from the northeast corner of said lot, Section 34, Township 118, Range
22.
That pan of Lot 4, Block 1, Loffhegens Addition which lies south of a line
drawn frau a point on the west line of said Lot distant 99.41 Net south, as
