The property is more specifically described as: Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 1567, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota. WH RBAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBI RESOLVED BY THE 0T11 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M] NNBSOTA, that it sbould and hereby does appm%v the request oy R.L. Johnson Company for a Conditional Use Permit for Intermediate School District 287 Hennepin Techniail College for property located at 1695 State Highway 169, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to Intermediate School District 287 Hennepin 'Technical College for a vocational training facility for ran -mainstream high school students and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. a waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated arena. S. All parking shall be elf --strut in designated areas which comply with tbs Zoning Ordinance. 6. The school facility stall be open from 7:30 ,:.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a mudmum of 40 students, Adopted by the City Council or. August 1, 1994.
