APPROVING AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPM 3N T
CONCEPT PLAN FOR JANCO, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
NOWMWEST OF BALSAM LANE AT OLD ROCXFORD ROAD 040n
WHEREAS* Jamul Inc. has requested an Amended Residential Planed Unit
Development plan Concept Plan for the development of approximately 22.7 ages
located at nordmaK of Balsam l i and Old Rockford Rod; anal,

NOW, THEMORB, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CM COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, lv DWESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Amended Mixed Use Planned Unit Development Phan for the development of
approximately 22.7 anon located nonthvat of Balsam Lane and Old Rocidoed Road,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Maximum number of dwelling units approved L 65.
2. Mw Concept Plan provides for a density of 2.4 units based on the subtraction of
three bonus points for overall project sine.
