RESOLUTION 94.420
APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT ENT FOR JANCO, INC. FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHWEST OF BALSAM[ LANE AND OLD
ROCKFORD ROAD (94057)
WHERBAS, rano, Inc. has requested recAufficadon of hud use SuidiaS from LA -1
(Low Dearity Resideotial) to I1-2 (Loa Mladium Density Residential) for property
located northwest of Balsam Luce and Old Rockford Rad; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has mvkmW said request at a duly piled
Public Hating and recommends approval;
NOW, 72UW POM BE IT HEMBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLI'MOVIM, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the reclassification of land use M Wft for Jaw, Inc. for 22.7 acnes from LA -1 to LA -
2 in accordance with the UMM C000ept Plan of Fib 94057.
FURTHER, approval of the Land Use Guide Plan amendment is contingent upon, and
subject to, the required review and responae by the Metropolitan Council prier to
finalization of the amendment.
Approved by the City Council on August 1, 1994.
