twinbootet bated north of County Road 9 east of FerabLaos, subject to the
folbwiag condition:
1. Compliance with the City Bogineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of part dedication fewin-lieu of dedication in accords rrce with the
Dediatioa Policy in effect at the time of recaftS the Final PLt.
3. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevatbna for
new mtscdnraa on aites adjacent to, or containing my open slam water drainage

4. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements within 12 months of the chste of this taolution.
