ADOPTING ASSESSMIUM

SANITARY SEWER AND W'ATERMAER AREA

WHEREAS, in conformance with the development contract, we have received a Waiver of
Assessment Haring from the property owner of Parbers Labe Nath 11th Addition waiving
their right to special assessment hearings covering the installation of sanitary sewer and water
UW* facilities and W other appurtenances;

1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assasrr M against the lands earned therein
and each tract of land therein included fs hereby found to be benefited by the proposed
improvement in the amount of the a:scasment levied against it.
�. Such assessment shell be payable in equal annual installmems extending over a period of S
years, the fust of the installments to be payable on or before the Brat Monday in January,
19959 and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.00% per annum from the date of adoption of
this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire
asmument from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1995. To each subsequent
instillment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assessment on such
property with interest accrued to the date of payment to the City Finance Director, except
that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the
adoption of this resolution and he may at any time thereafter pay the City Finance Director
the entire amount of the assessment ranaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31
of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment must be made before
November 15 or interest will be charged through DwAnber 31, of the next succeeding
year.
4. The Clerk Thal; forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County and such assessments
shall be collected and paid ovrr in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this resolution is $50,430.
