Parken Labe Noah 11th Addition located at Shenandoah Lane and 25th Avenue North;

NOW, 'IMHUMPORB, BE rr HBRBBY RBSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TSB CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NIITNNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the MPUD Final Plat and Development Contract for Parkers Labe North 11th Addition
located at Shenandoah Lane and 25th Avenue North, and,
FURIMMs that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Munger be authorized to execute the Development Contact on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on August 1, 1994.
