SBT17 NG CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF T= RELATE
MPUD FINAL PLAT FOR OPUS CORPORATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 10 BAST OF NATHAN LANE (94062)
WHEREAS, the City Cot" has approved the Final Pat for OPUS Corporation
located north of County Road 10 and oast of Nathan Line;
NOW, TE MEFORE, BB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M1 NNBSOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said pat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No building permits aball be issued until a contract has been awarded for the
cooswctiorr of municipal sewer and water.
3. Removal of all hazardous trees from the property at the owner's expense.
4. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-M reprding minimum floor elevations for
new structures in subdivisions wyaceat to, or containing any open storm wafer
drainste f6-Aty.
S. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to tiling the Final Plat.
6. No building permits to be issued until the Final Pat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
7. The Final Pat myars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is pan of the
approved MPUD 89-1, pa Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
