WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, 'FORE, BB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CPIY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of OPUS Corpondoo for a MPUD Preliminary Plan Amendment/Plat and
Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a 186,000 uquare foot office building
and related amendments for property located north of County Road 10 and asst of
Nathan Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memomndum.
2. Payment of panic dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of building permit issuance.
3. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage
facility.
4. Submission of requimd financW guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site unprovements.
S. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance and the MPUD Plan for
the Bass Creek Busirms Park.
