1. Compliamca with the City Engineer's Memowodum.
2. Compli = of Policy ReaoWoo 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevadoos for
new dnxftm in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open scam water
drainage facility.
3. Payment of park dedication tewin-bou of dedication in prior to issuance of
building permit in aoeoedence with City Poky in dract at the time of building

4. No building permits shall be lured until the Lot Consolidation is filed with
Hennepin County.
S. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements u approved by the City
Bnglneer prior to filing the Lot Consolidation.
6. The Lot Consolidation shall include the dedication of the cul-de-sac for 13th
Avenue North.
