APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR OPUS CORPORATION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 1STH AVENUE NORTH AND
BAST OF XIDlIUM LANE (9ROrlS)
WHEREAS, Opus Corporation bas requested approval one a Lot Consolidation for the
creation of one parcd, loaded on the north side of 13th Avenue Nath and ad of
Xenhrm Lane;
NOW, 'IHIMWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE C17Y COUNCIL OF
THE C]TY OF PLYMOUTH, M[NNBSSOTA, that it sbouN and hereby don approve
the Lot Caosolidadion for Opus Corporation for property loaued on the north side of
1 Sth Avenue North and au of Xedum Laos.
Lot I. Block B, Plymouth Orchard:, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to
the recorded plat thereof on fib orad of record in the office of the Register of
Deeds is and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. .
Together will W that part of vacated 13% Avenue or 15th Place in accordance
with City of Plymouth Resolution No. 81-135, a ijjacem to the Southerly side of
Lott S, 60 and 7, Block A, Plymouth OmbaW, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
according to the rocaded plat thereof lying Southerly and Southweady of the
oaadedine of said 15% Avenue or 13th Place and lying Buderiy of the Northerly
