PLAT FOR PLY11OUTH PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH FOR PROPERTY LOCA713D
NORTHWEST OF TIM IN`IBRSBCTION OF DUNXIRK LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 9

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Plymouth Presbyterian Church locked northwest of Dunkirk Lane and County Road 9;
NOW, THBREFORE, BB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MOMMOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following
to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memomndum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication
Policy in effect at the time of recording the final phu with credit for dedication of park
outiot.
3. Submittal of the deeds for oudots A, B, C and D prior to filing of the Final Plat with
Hennepin County.
4. No building permits shall be issued until a contract hu been awarded for the
co kstruction of municipal sewer and water.

6. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor ebvWons for new
structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or conWning any open storm water drainage
facility.
7. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
B. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements u approved by the City Bngineer
prior to filing the Final Plat.
9. No building permits to be Issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
10. Private driveway access shall be limited to internal public roads and prohibited from
County Road 9.
11. The Development Contract, as approved by the City Council, shall be fully executed
prior to release of the Final Plat.
