APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVEIAPMENT CONTRACT FOR
PLYMOUTH PRBSBY1TBtIAN CHURCH FOR PROPERTY LOCATE

WHEREAS, Plymouth Presbyterian Church has requested a Final Plat for Plymouth
Presbyterian Church located northwest of Dunkirk Lane and County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvernew related to said plat;
NOW, TH]MEFORE, BE IT REMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Phu and Development Contract for Plymouth Presbyterian Church located
northwest of Dunkirir Lane and County Road 9; and,
FURTHER, that the Drvelopment Contract for aid plat be approved, and that the
Nkyor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on August 1, 1994.
