ORDER PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
ASPLUND'S OAKWOOD SHORES ADDITION
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 94-347 of the City Council adopted the 20th day of June,
1994, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to atnw improvements in
Asjplund's Oakwood Sbores Addition; and
W11BRBAS; the peopoeed project includes the installation of one (1) ornamental
nesideotial street light; and
VIHEREAS, ten days published not-ce of the hearing through two wetly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 18th day of July,
1994, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon;
NOW, THERBFORS, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF
THS CTIY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted June 20, 1994.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the .engineer for this
improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
