RESOLUTION 94 - 397
ORDER PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 94-345 of the City Council adopted the 20th day of June,
1994 fixed a date for a public bearing with respect to etreat lighting imp ovemanw in
the Timber Creek Addition and Labe Paris Heights Addition; and
VIEMMI AS; the proposed project includes the installation of two (2) ornaasemal
residential street lights; and
WiDIREAS, tan days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 18th day of July,
19949 at which time all persons desiring to be hard were given an opportunity to be
bard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted June 20, 1994.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
