RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
1994 872M RECONSTRUCTION - PART I
CITY PROJECT NO. 01
WHEREAS, pw= mt to an adveithemeot for bids for the improvement of streets in the 1994
Street Reconstruction Progtam - Part I, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to
law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS; it appears that Northwest Asphalt, Inc. of Shakopee, MN is the lowest
responsibb bidder, complying wird the minimum apecificationa.
NOW, TURBFORB, BE IT I E1=Y RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNr7L OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MDMIlSOTA,:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Northwest Asphalt, Inc. of Shakopee, MNin the mase of the City of
Plymouth for the 1994 Street Reconatnnxion Program - Part 1 according to the plana and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on fib in the office of the City
Clerk in the amount of $1,538,167.75.
2. The City Cork is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders and the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
